Grape variety:

Two different grape variety are used under the name Pinot Blanc : Pinot Blanc and Pinot Auxerrois.

The Pinot Blanc brings its delicately freshness and its well structured and harmonious body, whereas the Pinot Auxerrois, reaching maturity earlier, will give its fruity flavour to the wine.

These two grape varieties are harvested and made into wine together resulting in a harmonious, well balanced and nervy wine.

Most suitable whenever a white wine is required: seafood, fish, cold starters, quiche, meat pies, soufflés, white meat.
